Sometimes, when one realises – usually suddenly – that one is suffering from stress, one should do something completely daft.   Doing something daft and being conscious that one is doing it is a great source of stress-relief.   And that is all I have to say on the matter – apart from admitting the obvious fact that I have become stressed over the last few days (details of the causative factors on request).

(However, you must be kept in the dark about what daft thing I am about to do . . . or have done already . . .)
